Swallowed HIV positive semen multiple times

Hi. i just found out the person i have been having a sexual relationship is HIV positive. i never had unprotected anal sex with him. i did touch myself after penerating him with the same hand that touched the condom i used on him.  I did however have unprotected oral where he ejaculated into my mouth at least 3 seperate times. Once it got into my eye as well. Im scared out of my mind. He says his viral load is undetectable from a test done in May and he has been on meds for 11 years. do you think there is a risk? i just cant beleieve someone would knowingly lie about their status when i asked multiple times.

People have already shared with you that HIV won't transmit the way you describe.  You have to have unprotected vaginal or anal sex or share IV drug needles and saliva will inactivate the virus. This includes a spray in the eyes.  So, you don't even need to test or worry.

The only ways HIV is spread are:
-Unprotected anal/vaginal penetrations.
-Sharing needles to inject drugs.
-Mother to child.

All the best.

Irrespective of your partner's viral load, ingesting infected fluid is not viable route for HIV infection.

Gastric acid in the stomach and saliva inhibits the virus.

You weren't at a risk. Testing isn't necessary.
