Swollen lymph node, sore throat and very tired?

Thank you to anyone who reads this. I had an HIV test two years ago which came back negative as I was beginning a new relationship. After the relationship had ended, I started to date someone else who was very promiscuous. All sexual activities we had were always condom protected, but there was this once occasion where we didn't use a condom (vaginal/oral) that only lasted a few minutes or so. I had zero symptoms at the time, but now after one full year, I am feeling extremely fatigued, have a sore throat and have one swollen lymph node on neck that isn't very big. I am just wondering if my symptoms cold be HIV related or due to something else? Any comments would be appreciated. Thank you!

What kind of test did you take and how many times was it after your last unprotected vaginal? Oral is zero risk so you don't need a condom for that.
It is unlikely that you know what lymph does, so see doc if you think you have an issue. Anyone can get a sore throat or think they are fatigued so none of your 3 claims can prove anything about hiv - it is best to stop over examining your body cold turkey.

Sorry, I forgot you had an unprotected vaginal with the other person. You can take any test 3 months after the encounter for a conclusive result. Symptoms can't prove anything.
I did an HIV blood test about two years ago and it came back negative as I was starting a new relationship. Then we broke up and I had unprotected sexual intercourse with another woman who I met at a bar. I had no flu like symptoms until after a year had passed which I described above. If I were to do an HIV test now just to clear my head, would having swollen lymph nodes and a sore throat create a false positive? I just read that the main symptoms of HIV are extream fatigue, swollen lymph nodes and sore throat. I'm just worries that I might have HIV. Thanks for answering.
You should stop googling hiv cold turkey because
1. you are misinterpreting what you read so you are wasting your time,
2.  hiv doctors can't diagnose from symptoms so you can't either.
The purpose of the test is to see if you have hiv and it has nothing to do with whether or not you have a sore throat.

Again, if you test more than 3 months after your last unprotected then you are conclusively negative. That is the only thing that is relevant, so it is all you need to know.
Just to make sure the advice is clear. Test now and if negative you can move on.
