Symptoms Vs oral test Results??

20. Male. Had unprotected sex for maybe 2 minutes with a super promiscuous girl this was vaginal. At 9 weeks and 4 days I took an oraquick advance mouth swab. negative. Took another at 10 weeks 5 days. Negative. I've been having weird symptoms that just started that are scaring the living hell out of me. I do suffer from anxiety. But here are the symptoms. Weird pins and needles and numbness in legs and hands and feet. Shoulder ache. Itchiness. Pimple on arm that won't pop. Sharp pains in neck possibly lymph nodes. Disturbed vision during the day like blurry little circles. And I just feel "off" u know? I'm scared...and idk what else to do. I need something that's lacking for piece of mind I have a beautiful girlfriend that I want a family with and this threatens my future with her so much....any advice? Facts? God bless you all I'm very worried. Also feel weak all over

Not really mr. Teak These symptoms are scaring the sh*t outta me. You don't have to answer if you don't want I respect that some kids up here can be annoying but I've had a real risk and I just want some insight. I know after this post I can't post anymore so I'll be content if anybody wants to help. Thanks guys
