I had an HIV-1/O/2 AG AB 4TH GEN COMBO W RFX also called HIV Ag/Ab, 4th Generation test 7 weeks post exposure that was negative. How accurate is this test result after 7 weeks post exposure?
Thanks

A 4th generation ag/ab test is considered conclusive 28 days after the exposure.

All the best.

I was just tested at 12 weeks with the same test and it was negative!!! Does this mean that I am clean? No more testing required?

Thanks in advance
Your last test was conclusively negative.  I have no idea why you bothered to test again, but yes, obviously, you are STILL conclusively negative.
Conclusively negative at 28 days according to who?
You won't find consensus window claims, so you have choose an authority that you are comfortable with, test then move on. We rely on the opinion of expert docs for the 4 week window, but some sites use conservative, outdated or theoretical guidelines that have never manifested in 40 years of hiv history - which makes them useless.
