Thank you for your time in giving advice to people on HIV topic. Last week took an Abbott Combo 4th generation chemiluminescent Microparticle immunoassay test at 7 weeks and results came today Negative. I had multiple unprotected sex with confirmed HIV positive person. I have posted here regarding my exposure, how far true is it that HIV can hide for several year inside the body without detected by tests. I had several test like HIV DNA PCR test at 18 days after PEP which came negative, an Alere Determine HIV test at 40 days and lastly duo test at 49 days. Will all the test picked the virus even it hides in the blood?

It is LONG past time for you to move on. You were advised previously that your tests are conclusive. You do not have HIV. There is no such thing as HIV "hiding" from the tests. MOVE ON.

I am bit confused, my doctor said my test is not conclusive arguing that all HIV test are considered conclusive at 90 days/12 months. This is really stressing and recently saw an eruption of small rash on my my hand which are flat, headache and stomach. Is it possible for my test to change after 5 weeks.
One more thing my doctor told me about elite controller or carriers and gave an assumption I might be the one judging from my multiple exposure from someone confirmed HIV.

Your doctor is incorrect about the timeline for combo HIV tests. WAY out of date.

Thank you for your quickest response, one last question. This might ease my mind, I forgot to highlight my test was done at 49 days after PEP I only took PEP for 10 days and later realised that I didn't need it since I took the pill late at 4.5 days and withdrew it. I have read that PEP can delay antibody production. Does my 10 day PEP period affect my result.
Your test is conclusive. 28 days after you finished pep is considered conclusive.
