The accurency of a negative 4th generation DUO test after exposure?

I’m a girl. 41 days ago I had unprotected sex with a random guy who does drugs for 1-2 minuets, then used condom. This is my first time so there is blood. I got 4th generation DUO test after 22 days and 41 days. Is the negative rest conclusive? Should I get another test after 3 months?

All's well that ends well. Always insist on condoms, use them correctly and consistently to stay away from HIV and other STIs.

Your 41 day test is accurate and conclusive and you do not have repeat it. You do not have HIV. Though the risk of HIV transmission is not very significant from a single and isolated act of unprotected vaginal sex with someone of unknown health status, however it is not Zero either, therefore next time never ever unprotected with anyone, outside your mutually committed monogamous long term relationship.
