The semen shoots out of the anus, but it does not shoot in.

1、The penis rubs the anus, but there is no insertion. The semen shoots out of the anus, but it does not shoot in. The anus is a little painful. Is there a risk of HIV infection?

You had no risk. Full penetration is required for HIV transmission to occur. Moreover HIV needs direct contact for transmission and this can only happen with full penetration. Also oral sex is not a risky sex whatever the case be. Enjoy your life you had no risk.
