Therapeutic massage parlor

Hi Dr
I recently visited a massage parlor during a visit to Houston for my sciatica and like many other posts these events tend to go from massage to a happy ending. After the massage she flipped me over no towl and began to ask if she could massage my penis. I said yes in emberssment and it quirly led to asking to do oral I said ok and she put plastic wrap around me. She performed for a few minutes and I got nervous so I stated I had a condom and she continued with the condom. Still nervous about receiving oral I removed and finished myself off. I drive back to Dallas that evening and about 7 hours later I had allergy symptoms like itchy throat, light headed ness and felt a little sick and into next day. I’m really freaked out about contracting HIV or a std. please advise

You had ZERO RISK for HIV.

As an adult, the only risks for HIV are:
1) having unprotected, penetrative vaginal or anal sex, or
2) sharing IV drug needles with other IV drug users.

If you don't do either of those activities, you will NEVER have to worry about HIV.  There is no detail you could add to this event that would result in it being a risk for HIV.  Oral is no risk, even without a condom.  Forget about this event a move on.
