You won't be a rare case.  What was your risk, by the way? The 28 day time frame is widely accepted as when the Duo will give a conclusive result.

I had anal sex receptive however I failed to see if condom broke or not was first time and due to my annoying anxiety which most likely sounds stupid I know...the guy said it didn’t but the what if’s made me question him and the situation and my pension for wanting black and white answers fed my questioning
You would both know it if it broke because it is a large rip down the seam and it hangs in tatters. You had no risk.

Assuming you actually had a risk, then yes the duo test is conclusive at 28 days and later.

What about the rna test is that concrete in any way or should it be dismissed only ask since theyce found some particular individuals who have test positive for the duo after 4 weeks
The RNA test is not recommended by HIV experts as a diagnostic test. It's also not by any means a conclusive test. The earliest possible timeframe for someone to test conclusively negative is with a 4th generation duo test at 28 days or later post exposure. I personally would never get an RNA test done because it's an waste of money for results that aren't even conclusive. There's no point.
How do you feel about those “ rare cases” that the cdc states came back positive past the 28 days post exposure window period
