Touched blood when helping someone

CRI
Today in class a woman suffered a seizure and was bleeding from her mouth. Me and my classmates helped her up and i got some blood on my thumb. I don't have any cuts but I i went to the bathroom and washed it with soap and hot water and dried it with a paper towel. The woman is ok and her husband took her home.

Am I at risk or am I just going OCD?
