Don't ever take anyones word for their status unless you walked into the clinic with them and seen them test and you saw the results. You need to be concerned with your health and welfare. Test as you were advised and then you'll know your status. Use condoms consistently and you won't find yourself in this worry.
Come on, get a grip on yourself....... She called her doctor, the doctor called her back the next morning with the result. That sounds very normal Now go get your test, have her get her copy of her test, then go celebrate your negative tests together. Geeeeeeeezzzzzzzzzeeeee. I would love to celebrate neg HIV tests with a former porn star!!! Those gals get tested all the time.... especially after the Darren James thing back in 2004 and her time in the industry would be post 2004 if I did my math right.
oh, and the girl used to do hardcore pornography 3 years ago. When I told her I thought that I had contracted HIV from her she told me that she has been tested recently and that she was clean, she told me that I should go get tested, and she also offered to get tested herself. While she seemed to have good intention with all of this, when I asked if we could get tested together to relieve some of the anxiety, she said that she would rather get tested by her gynocologist. I don't know this girl that well... but if I were to contract this virus, I can almost guarantee that she must have had to have known about it. She called me the day after I was freaking out and told me that she left her primary doctor a message at 4 in the morning about how a friend of hers (me) was freaking out because he thought he might have cought hiv from her, she then told me that the doctor called her back the next day and told her that she was hiv negaitve. All of which kind of sounds like ******** to me. The only possible explanation of why I can think her doctor might have known her status of the top of his head is because she informed me that she has been suffering from chronic yeast infections since she was a child, which have spread to her brain. She said that she frequently gets blood work done. I suppose because of her low immune system, the information about her status might have been on hand by her GP/specialist? I really don't know... I don't know this girl that well, but I can't imagine someone purposfuly infecting someone with hiv and then lying about it.
So if I were to develop shoddy lymph nodes (4-5) on each side of my neck and then 4 days later I developed a swollen lymph node in my armpit.. this would likely not be indicative of ars, as in the fact that they are probably not related due to the time constraint?
you said that none of the symptoms I brought up indicate ARS. I did not mention a few other things I have been experiencing. I don't mean to beg the issue, I am just curious what you think about the experiences I have been having. I plan 100% on getting a test at the appropriate time.
general malaise, no appetite to speak of (I have lost 8 pounds), random bruising on my arms, sore right elbow joint, intermittent fever running from 99.5-99.9 (only at night)/normal during the day, swollen lumps on my scalp, sweating indoors, a large bruise developed overnight on my hip which later turned into jock itch which then later turned into several inflamed hair follicles, and basically just very tired... As I mentioned above, I have been illegally taking stimulants everyday for the past week for studying, which I think may have caused a few of the symptoms.
and once again, these symptoms all progressed and left throughout the past 7 days
The thing that freaks me out the most are those shotty nodes I got on both sides of my neck. Sorry to pretty much ask the same question to you over again... but.... any symptoms I should be concerned with being ars should have happened on the same day, or around the same day, yes?
It just feels like I am on a downhill spiral right now, kind of getting more ill with each day.
Thanks Teak
All within a days times. All leave at once. None of the symptoms you've brought up indicate ARS. You had a risk. Test at now and then again at 3 months to obtain a conclusive test.
