URGENT-- EXPOSURE TO HIGH RISK HIV Episode

Dear ladies and gentlemen,
I would like to thank you all for the help and support you give to people with similar worries, so I came here  to seek a professional help from a specialist if it's possible.
I'm a 26-years old professional (heterosexual) with a promising career and fixed plans. I had only have 3 sexual partners throughout my entire life, but recently I have had put my life at a risk! 2 months ago I had.unprotected vaginal sex with my date who claimed that I was her second. this occurred after she broke up with her boyfriend in about 4 months; however that I got scared and.went testing for HIV the next week after exposure and both of us scored negative.
Two nights ago, stupidly, I.met a shemale from one of this dating sites and we spent the night together at.her/his house. I was curious and attractedto the female figure, so we went French kissing and love bites,  then I received a blowjob (he/she was sucking me) for almost 5minutes then came back kissing again right before going to sleep. This morning I woke up with a "cold sore" over my upper lip, so my question is : did I got infected with HIV from this shemale ?or the earlier date I had 2 months ago?
believe me, I'm damn stressed ; I know I'm dumb to do this but I need immediate help!
please answer me

You didn't do anything with them to put you at risk for HIV.

The only risk that you have had is the unprotected vaginal sex. You can obtain your conclusive test result. 3 months post exposure.
