Understanding risk activities

Admittedly, i've done some stupid things in my life and have put myself at risk.  I've taken the 3 month test and had negative results, but as my nerves start to go back to normal i find myself wanting to know and understand more.

One of my indiscretions involved a Transexual CSW.  Most activity was protected but while sucking her breast she lactated.  I've researched and found that female breast milk can be highly concentrated with HIV (when compared to saliva or pre-cum) but how does it compare with semen?  Also, is it different for TG's than for women?

I'm not looking for affirmation that i am ok; just curious about the risk that i put myself at...

Move on. You've never had a risk and we deal with people that have had an exposure not mental issues.

I appreciate the service you provide and thank you for being here.  But, that said, I'm actually starting to take offense to this canned response.

This is a forum and is meant for educational purposes as well as re-assurance.  EVERY question i have ever asked has been thought through, researched thoroughly and then posted here for consideration.  The question posted in this chain is not excessive and is completely reasonable considering this community.  There are at least 7 different postings in the last three days regarding interactions with transexuals and understanding risk associated with breast milk is a reasonable question.
