Unprotected insertive anal sex

Day 05/03/2011 - Unprotected anal sex with a girl of unknow status (i did anal cause she was on her "period", both drunk, was rough sex, probably
with blood) on Carnaval in Brazil
I called her later and she told me that she don't have HIV, i doubt she will say even if she had it.
And that was me that wanted to have sex without condom, and that she was unconscious, that's a lie.
She also told me that i should think before doing sex with her without condom.
She didn't seem to bother about my hiv status or about her health, she was just defensive at the phone.
I strongly suspect she have HIV.
I called her so many times that she changed her cell number and told me to not call her on her phone house anymore.
Ok, after 10 days from the encounter i experienced extreme nausea and strong abdominal cramps and lack of strength on my arms. And they persisted for
some time, just those symptoms.
Almost three days later from the nausea and lack of strength i had extreme fatigue and a fever, that i took some medicine, but didn't resolved it. I
woke up at those nights sweat sometimes in the chest. On the following days i started experiencing tingling pain on my joints, especially on my
hands, foot and knee, but not too troublesome. I looked on the mirror those days and my eyes were always red or pink, specially when i just wake up.
Recurrent aphtous ulcers on my tongue till today. They only change places. At that time i weighed and noticed that i lost more than 16 pounds,
partially cause i stopped gym too.
After all this symptoms, maybe 5 days after the remission of those symptoms i noticed small red dots on my trunk and mu chest specially, and a few in
my arms, like pimples but not pimples, just small dots, which were exactly with some that i saw in the internet from acute HIV.
Almost all symptoms seemed to be gone, just the nausea (especially in the morning), the strong abdominal cramps (all day, it seems like i have a
hyperactive stomach) and the red eyes are still here, with red veins and pink, even my boss noticed it. Sometimes it's hard to stay with the eyes
open cause it burn a lot like they are dry. Just a few red dots are present in my back today. The aphtous are still here, just changing the spot in
my mouth. I'm experiencing some otitis too, but very rare.

Day 04/04 (30 days) - First Test
4th gen (Ag/Ab) Don't know the kit manufacturer - Non-reactive = 0.11
Day 20/04 (50 days) - Second Test
4th gen (Ag/Ab) Don't know the kit manufacturer - Non-reactive = 0.07
Hepatitis - A, B and C - Negative
Syphillis - Negative
I went to a immunologist and he recommended a CD4/CD8, even without HIV diagnosis
- cd4: 768/mm3
- cd8: 355/mm3
- cd4/cd8: 2.3
- A full blood count too
- I also took a PPD for tuberculosis which came back with 20mm of induration in my skin (strongly positive)
Day 04/05 (60 days) - Third Test
4th gen ARCHITECT (Ag/Ab) - Different laboratory - Non-reactive = 0.16
Day 20/05 (75 days) - Fourth Test
3rd gen - ABBOTT Hiv1/2 - At a point-of-care - Non-reactive = 0.30
Day 01/06 (87 days) - Fifth Test
4th gen - ROCHE Combi (Ag/Ab) - Non-reactive = 0.16
Now I'm here, almost knowing that I am HIV positive but still with negative results.
I was happy last week, believing the results, and I went for a drink. I puked at the end of the night (i never puke with alcohol) and woke up the
next day with my eyes completely red, like bloddy red, but that resolved in a few minutes.
Can't call the girl cause she changed the phone number, now it's all time occupied or non-existent.
I'm pretty convinced that i am at the part of population who may need a little more than 3 months to seroconvert, I don't know why, cause I don't
have problems with my immune system I think. But I heard that the virus strain or inoculum can cause it too.
Those 4th gen tests didn't noticed the p24 on my blood probably, since the p24 test of the combo is not sensitive enough, and some people don't have
them detectable.
I just want to test at 6 months, but that will take more three months.
I'll test next week with 100 days, and for some other diseases too like hepatitis again, toxoplasmosis and others. I had already antibodies to Mono,
that's why i know it's not that.
I know I got HIV, the symptoms are here, not psychological I swear, and the risk was really really high (rough anal sex for 10 minutes or more, I was
drunk and don't remember correctly).
I want to hear your comments about my case, and if possible some doctor too!!!

You never had an hiv risk remember so why are you worried what ars rashes look like.You don,t have hiv or ars rashes.You need to seek some help for your hiv related anxiety.
