Help me

Last week friday, i went oversea and on the first night i slept with a sex worker. We had sex twice, protected. I was very cautious halfway and at the end of the sex i made sure the condom did not broke. The issue isnt that. We slept after that, and she left the next morning. The thing is, after i had my shower. I randomly thought of injections. I quickly checked and to my surprise i saw a tiny red dot on my intramuscular deltoid area, just a tiny red dot. It didnt had any bump or it didnt hurt when i pressed it. I quickly checked my bag and everything was intact, nothing was stolen. Now if she injected me with tainted blood, first question is will be be a bump or lump? And also second question will i not be able to feel any syringe in me while i was asleep? Will there be an aftermath bruise of injecting blood in? Now its 8 days since the “exposure”, the tiny red dot became a scab. I’m freaking out like crazy now i know its bizarre but its killing me

This is an HIV forum, and no one here can diagnose the cause of your red bump.  As suggested, you may wish to seek out a therapist to assist with your irrational fears.

Channelize your emotion correctly.  There seems to be no reason for your to speculate some one injecting you to give you HIV.

This is purely obsessive behaviour about an irrational fear.  What is your guilt that is causing this?

Find the root cause and rectify it,  HIV is not your problem here, maybe guilt of cheating,  maybe OCD,  maybe paranoia could be any thing but not HIV.

Only you yourself can tell you the truth,  the sooner you speak to your self,  the faster you will over come your irrational fear.

No testing warranted whatsoever.  If you test,  you will start another obsession of testing incessantly. It is better you find the root cause of your irrational fear. Untangle the knot of your mind, do not tie another one. If you need help,  seek help.  I  reiterate HIV is not your problem.

How can i suddenly have a red dot on the center of my deltoid and now 12 days has passed and it became a scab?
See a mental health therapist because no one here can help you with your uncontrolled imagination. ``I’m a person who loves to overthink :( I don’t know why I’m thinking of injection``.now my arms are weak. "
Have you seen the scab?
It doesn't look like a needle prick.  It seems more like a finger nail injury. I really feel you are being paranoid.

Your symptoms are very vague and definitely not due to hiv. Probably due to anxiety.
As much as i am annoyed by your fear, i suggest u talk to someone.
Honestly, this is a no risk event. But if taking a test calms u down, go ahead

I’m not having enough sleep, kept waking up 2-3 times at night. So far I’m feeling weak, maybe due to not enough sleep/eat. So far no fever. Dont get me wrong I’ve read cases of people pin pricking/injecting and stuffs and its haunting me. 12 days has passed and theres still scabs

1) u will no if u have been injected
2) no, it just shows some blood clot on the epithelial surface. Could be a scratch. Sometimes this stuff appear on my body
3) why are u even thinking of injection for no apparent reason?

Can you refer to the comments section i insert a link regarding about my latest update about my scab its been 10 days. It started with a small red dot and I’m a person who loves to overthink :( I don’t know why I’m thinking of injection i kept searching on site about symptoms :( so far mild fever that comes and go and now my arms are weak but could be signs of anxiety that made it happened
This advice was correct. "I'll just go ahead and 2nd that this is a completely irrational fear."
Injection is a sharp pain, so if you are pretending you got injected but didn't feel it then see a mental health professional.

This is an irrational fear with no basis in reality. People don't go around with syringes full of tainted blood sticking people with it. It literally doesn't happen. It's an urban legend. You had no risk because you used condoms and she did not inject you with anything. If you continue having these fears, you need to find a counselor with whom to address this because it's not at all normal to be worried about such irrational things.

I'll just go ahead and 2nd that this is a completely irrational fear. People do not go around injecting others with HIV infected blood. I know this is not the STI board, but I'd be more worried about skin to skin contact for the STIs contracted in that manner. I'm not saying you should worry, it's just actually possible, unlike your situation. just because you're a CSW does not make you a horrible human, many are decent people on hard times, or just perfer it as a means to make money.
https://imgur.com/a/o8IdLM0 this is the updated scab. You tell me what it is. I’m having paranoids right now. You tell whether its a coincidence when you woke up with a red dot in your intramuscular deltoid. I could be thinking its an injection mark.
Its been 10 days since the “exposure” that this leaves scab like this. From a red dot
