Unprotected oral & protected anal sex hiv risk

Dear all,

On 21st july i had unprotected oral sex, i was receiver, i dont know whether that guys gums were bleeding or not. I put lube on the condom & did protected anal for about 2 minutes, as far as i know the condom didnt broke and i tested it in washbasin for checking if any leakage & i m 80 percent sure it didnt slipped off bcoz even after i came i was thrusting him for sometime with condom on. 1 week after the exposure i got sore throat which is still there but better, m feeling dizziness from last 1 week which isnt getting better along with nausea and headache. Good thing is that i am not having fever but my constant dizziness nausea and headache is worrying me the most. I have got burning sensations on my both feet hands and lips also from last 4 days. This guy was a random guy i got from dating website & he isnt aware of his status from last 2 years which is making me worry. Kindly advice whether my constant nausea, dizziness, fatigue are related to ars?

HIV is spread by:
-Having unprotected anal/vaginal penetrations.
-Sharing needles to inject drugs.

You didn't do any of theses things. Your condom was intact all the time. If it had broken you would have seen it as it would have ripped apart all the way down to the base. Regarding this encounter, no HIV test was needed. You are also talking about symptoms, but they are not used to diagnose HIV> Even if they were, you didn't have any risk. You were exposed to other STDs by having oral sex though. You can check the STD forum for more info.

I hope this helps.

Dragon pulse tq bro for relieving my fear but i have seen in many websites that oral sex carries risk if your partner is having bleeding gums or sores in their mouth. I am not aware if that guy had bleeding gums or sores. According to you even if he had sores or bleeding gums i am safe and not exposed to hiv?  1 more thing that i was thrusting him even after i came, finally when i checked the condom was slipped little bit down but still intact and didnt completely came off, in this case also i am safe?

One more thing to add that i am uncircumcized and the foresking below my shaft became totally red after the exposure.

This answers all of your HIV questions, and if you can think of any more just reread about the 3. You had zero risk therefore  testing is irrelevant to your situation because you had zero risk. HIV is a fragile virus, which is instantly inactivated in air and also in saliva which means it is effectively dead so it can't infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. It doesn't matter if you and they were actively bleeding or had cuts at the time either because the HIV is effectively dead.
Only 3 adult risks are the following:
1. unprotected penetrating vaginal with a penis. Only the head needs to be covered, so if that happened it is  protected and there is zero risk
2. unprotected penetrating anal sex with a penis. Only the head needs to be covered, so if that happened it is protected and there is zero risk.
3. sharing hollow needles that you inject with.
The only way to get HIV is if you did one of the 3. The situation you describe is a long way from any of these 3.
Even with blood, lactation, cuts, rashes, burns, etc the air or the saliva does not allow inactivated virus to infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. This HIV science is 40 years old and very well established, so no detail that you can add to your encounter will change it from zero risk. Because of all the research statistics, doctors have calculated the risk from what you describe to be less than that of being hit by a meteor, therefore no one will get HIV from what you did in the next 40 years of your life either.
If you didn't have one of the 3 then you are just worrying about your own hiv theory - which is unrealistic for you to think that can become reality - so you should move on back to your happy life instead.
We rely on the opinion of expert doctors so can't be arguing with whatever site you have located. Perhaps you found a site that focuses on theoretical risks that have never actually manifested in the 40 years of hiv history.
If you have a health issue see doc for a proper diagnosis, instead of just guessing it is a disease that you are afraid of catching - but you didn't catch hiv since there was no exposure.
tq bro..  :)  doubts cleared
