Unprotected oral sex,Unprotected genital rubbing,Protected Vaginal Intercourse

Hi Doctors, first of all,I have anxiety disorder and this situation kills me.

8 days ago I had unprotected oral sex with a sex worker in Turkey. I didnt see any blood in her mouth or my penis. Then while I was sitting she started rubbing on my penis with her vajina.By the way she was standing. When she started to rub I feared and moved back because I thought my penis is inside her vajina.(maybe because of warm)Then she said dont worry I am just rubbing. Then she rubbed my penis via vagina.Anyway lastly, we had protected vaginal sex.(I checked condom after sex, there was not any leak.)

So

Do I need HIV test?
Do I continue unprotected sex with my wife?
If vaginal fluid touch my penis tip(uretha) should i get HIV test?

My therapist say dont search and talk.I will not search anymore only I want your comments. Thanks

SORRY FOR BAD ENGLISH :(

Please calm down - there is no need to keep posting over and over.  I don't know why other forums are giving you the wrong answer.  The internet is full of false information about HIV and everything else in the world.

Your therapist probably told you to stop searching because he knows that you didn't have any risk for HIV.  Your therapist also probably thinks you have been to this forum, and every other HIV forum, asking the same questions.

The answer is very simple -  the only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles.

NOTHING else you can think of, including your event above, would put you at risk for HIV.  This means no testing is needed, and no precautions are required.  You don't have HIV.
