I Found a small wound on my penis after receiving Oral sex

Please help me. I  am freaking out. I received an unprotected oral sex yesterday from a guy I met online. I'm also a man. I arrived home afterwards and washed up immediately but this morning when I went to the bathroom I saw a wound on the shaft of my penis. Something that I think i got from the oral sex I received. That partner said that he has been tested regularly for HIV and is non-reactive. I got my self tested today but I know that it takes time for the anti-bodies to appear on my blood. But I'm still scared. Is the risk high for me to get the virus because of the wound on my penis? I'm freaking out.

The ways that adults get HIV are through unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing of IV drug needles.  Oral sex is not a risk for HIV with or without a wound as saliva inactivates the fragile virus.  Best

Thanks for your answer it helped me. I just want to check if your answer was somewhat cut abruptly as the last word was Best. I had myself checked today for HIV and Syphilis and the result was Non-reactive, i know that it does not cover my last  sexual contact but it brought some sense of peace because it was years since my last sexual contact with another person. I just want to know, does it not matter how big the wound was? Because mine was at least half the size of the nail in my pinky finger. The wound dis scab over yesterday without me putting any ointment or medicine. I just want to know. Thanks again for the help!
Saying Best is a way of wishing best of luck.  Nothing was cut out and that answer is the same for this final question of yours.
Oh I see. Sorry bout that as my native tongue is not english. Thank you again for the help and the answer.
