Oral Sex received from One nigh stand woman

I am male with 38 years old had unprotected  oral sex received from two CSW (1st one on 18th May and 2nd on 31st May) for almost 30 min , I am worrying that I got HIV & STD from this oral sex . I have gone through Med help and various websites it is clearly understood that receiving oral sex is extremely low risk but due to my stupid activity i am scared a lot where as i am not unable to concentrate on my work.

Apart from that for last 13 days i am having severe pain on my penis tip at normal time and also during urination and the pain is continuous through out the day. At present there is no symptoms in other parts of my body. But i am feeling tied and lazy. Please suggest me that  i have affected with STD / HIV infection and also the cause of continuous burning in my genitals.

For last 5 days during Masturbation (2 times) i observed that  i am not getting normal sperm quantity (only one drop i am getting ,normally i use to get good quantity of sperms) and also erection in not happening i have to stimulate with my hands.  please clarify that what happened to my reproductive systems whether my fertility got damaged by STD if it is so whether it is possible to recover my fertility . please advise i am very much scared even i am not able to type the question .

Note i cannot go for medical check up locally since i am staying in work visa which will cause problem for job career.

planning to do all checkups in my home country during my vacation which will be happened on 12th July, is this advisable ???

Yes, I agree with Diver58.  Oral sex is not a risk for HIV.  The only ways adults get HIV is from unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing of IV drug needles.  So, this was not a risk and you do not need to be concerned!

You do not have hiv, so there is no other point to address in this hiv forum. This is not a penis pain forum and your symptoms could be in your imagination from fear, so see doc about them for a diagnosis.

Unprotected oral sex is Zero Risk activity. You were never exposed to the HIV risk, therefore it is meaningless to go for a test, It will always come Negative.

None of your "symptom"indicates HIV infection. Relax and calm down, you are fine
