Unprotected sex 4 weeks ago

I had unprotected sex with a woman of unknown status. I tested hiv negative 3 weeks later. Do I need to test again? Thank you

It depends what type of HIV test you had. Fourth generation  ag/ab tests are conclusive anytime 28 days or more after exposure. All other tests are not conclusive until 12 weeks after exposure. You'll have to ask the doctor or the lab which test you got.
