Unprotected sex during period drunk risk of HIV

I had unprotected drunk sex with a unknown girl in May. I immediately washed my member with alcohol after I pulled out.Sex lasted no longer than two minutes. She said she was on her last day of her period but no visible blood.
The next day I began freaking out and constantly kept thinking about it and 5 days later I felt like slight fever which continued intermittently for about five months.
I have not had any other symptoms or flu like symptoms or rash or night sweat or sore throat other than that ever since.
I'm worried sick thinking about it that I am scared to go testing. I'm afraid I might be infected and I fear the stigma. But could you tell me if I am positive or just anxiety showing.

What are my chances of getting infected?

As Mike_no has said, there is a relatively low rate of risk associated with your exposure.  A one time vaginal exposure is less than 2 percent if the other person has HIV and zero if they don't.  Go ahead and test though to make sure.  And using alcohol on your penis does nothing to prevent HIV.

Risk is low. It is seen quite often that it takes multiple exposure for a male to acquire HIV from an unprotected vaginal exposure. There are a million chances that your partner should have been HIV negative.

Your risk was relatively lower, you can take a test at 28 days with a IV Generation HIV test and move on.
