Unprotected sex

I’m 24 years old I did Unprotected Sex with a 21 years old girl She said she is clean We did it three times .... I Don’t know how I did that... In the third week after I had pain in my throat and neck.. I did 4th gen combo (antibodies, antigen) at day 28 and it’s negative ... please let me know if there’s any risks cuz I can’t sleep

Some of those recommendations are outdated, and some are for different tests than the one you took.

You keep repeating that you are scared.  I'm sorry you are so scared - sex is supposed to be enjoyable, and should not result in this much anxiety, no matter what.  If you are having a difficult time with anxiety in general, please do yourself a favor and talk to a therapist.  The fear you are having about this incident is WAY out of proportion to the risk you experienced.

Please, move on with your life.  You did not get HIV from this event.

Unless you are located in an area with a very high prevalence of HIV, the chances that she had HIV are extremely low.  Your test is conclusively negative, so you don't need to test anymore.

In the future, you should carry condoms just in case - that's the safest bet!
