Unprotected uncircumcised sex with a high-end stripper

I was at the strip club with a friend, she asked me if I wanted a lap dance I said I was all set, somebody paid for it while I was in the bathroom and then we went into the room, she started giving me a lap dance and pulled out my penis and started stroking it, I don’t normally go to the strip club something like this has never happened to me. What happened next was the stupid part, she mounted me we had sex for about five minutes I did not cum inside of her. But I did finish in her hand.  Immediately after I was consumed with regret and worry because I am an anxious person. I asked her if she was clean, she said yes and I hope you are to. I asked her how often she did this and she said not normally at all,  somewhat reassuring but not what I wanted to hear, would’ve much rather heard no I don’t do this at all. So naturally since I’m an anxious person I googled all sorts of symptoms to keep my eye out on and windows for testing.
My questions are as follows ,
1. At the  two week mark of the encounter 15 days later to be exact I went to the CVS minute clinic and I tested for HIV, I took the 4th gen test, I told the guy my last exposure that I was worried about happed 15 days ago and he told me the test would detect the virus. Obviously after I took the test his word was not good enough so I went online and I looked and it looks like they have to wait four weeks for the test to be accurate is that correct or is it possible possible I got a false negative?
2. I also got tested for chlamydia and gonorrhea, It was not the first urination of the day, did did the test around 2 o’clock in the afternoon, obviously me being anxious I googled that as well and saw that it’s possible to my test results could be a false negative, is that correct?
3. I was also tested for syphilis.
The reason why I’m so anxious and feel so terrible about everything was because I’m in a committed relationship, and this was a huge lapse of judgment something I would never do again and wish never happened, above all else I want to protect my partner and not transfer anything to her, obviously. Selfishly I want to not tell her about this at all.
Only symptom I’ve had is Intermittent testicular pain, but like I said I have lots of anxiety so I could be manifesting the symptom. I have zero other symptoms

This was a risk as you know. If it helps HIV is not massively common and most people do not have it, but still test.

The chlamydia and gono test at the 15 day mark is fine and false negatives are extremely uncommon so forget about this.
Syphilis time frame is around 4 to 6 weeks. The first symptom is called a chancre and is a usually a painless blister at the site of the infection. Syph is uncommon is most developed counties but it is on the rise.
HIV test is good after 4 weeks (4th gen) however the chap in the clinic isnt totally wrong. The duo tests have been designed to look for the p24 antigen which develops before the antibodies. This often happens around the 2 week mark. However the test is not considered conclusive until the 28 day mark.

Anxiety can bring on a whole load of symptoms including testicular pain and just because you feel guilty does not mean you have an STI or HIV. The chances are that you do not but do the HIV test again at 28 days to make sure.

You should consider getting tested at a later date, as you cannot trust the other person is clean, especially if exposed to unprotected vaginal sex. Chances are, she has done this with other men/clients.

I’d suggest withholding having sex with your committed partner until you get tested at a later date. You are currently at risk for STDs, not excluding HIV.

I presume you did not use a condom.
It doesn't matter if someone is "high end" as far as infectiousness is concerned. Similarly it is irrelevant that she talked to you about what she hopes her status is while not taking precautions.
The quickest conclusive test for you will be a duo at 28 days. Nothing else is relevant, so try to not think about this event while you wait.

Don't have unprotected anal or vaginal with her until your test results come back. Oral is zero risk so it is ok to do that. The last thing you want to do is infect her, and the second worst thing imo would be to tell her anything about what happened unless you are cornered into explaining why you don't want to have unprotected vaginal yet.
