Unprotected vaginal sex and oral sex

Hi, I am from India, pune, I want to ask mike_no a question, on 10th February or maybe 11th February 2021 I had unprotected vaginal and oral sex with a divorced female, I was under consumption of alcohol, now I am very afraid of catching hiv, I asked her about her status she said she is clean and got angry on me after that she blocked me, now I can't talk or find her,  I can't trust her as she drinks and very free and bold in nature,  she stopped me from using condom, she said she wana feel real pleasure without protection, and I was stupid while drunk agreed.  Pls can you help me, do I really need testing?  She is not a prostitute,  she is educated female works in infosys, do I really need to test?  I inserted in her for 2-3 minutes n then came, oral sex also unprotected,  I know oral sex is safe but is it possible to catch hiv in single episode?

Only a test can determine someone's status. You can take any test now for a conclusive result, so there is no reason to guess and keep worrying when the answer is available.

Just test. Any result can occur if you gamble once, so guessing is not going to make an answer for you.

Oral sex is not a risk at all.  The only risks are unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing IV needles.  Since you say your vaginal sex was unprotected you will need to test at 28 days or beyond with a 4th generation test. Your risk, however, is extremely LOW. The risk rate for a single event is LESS THAN 1 percent.  Low risk. but take a test.

Any test will be conculsive. It has been 4 months since the encounter.

Thanks for reply, I didn't had any fever, rashes, muscle pain, fatigue or any other ars symptoms from last four months,  is this good sign, I know u people don't consider symptoms but is this good sign?

One more thing I wana ask, I m taking covid vaccine in 1-2 days, after vaccination antibody form in body, so hiv test will show antibodies, how to know which antibodies are these if test show antibodies?

HIV is not determined ever by symptoms.  The chances were slow low for you to contract it, that is the main point. Take your test and no a covid vaccine would not interfere with an HIV test. They have nothing to do with each other.  The test is not scary and you really should not be that worried. But just confirm with the test.  Take a deep breath and just get it over with.  It will be okay.

Doctors can't diagnose from symptoms so no one here pays attention to them and you shouldn't waste your time trying to make a computation from them either. Your questions about odds and symptoms are purposeless, considering that a test exists that will answer the only question that matters.
The test is conclusive so test instead of hoping for answers which is just making you more anxious.
THere are different antibodies produced for different diseases, otherwise no doctor would ever know what disease anyone had when they got a positive result.

It is irrelevant that you are scared of the test since it will produce the correct answer irrelevant of your feelings. It is not smart for you to spend so much time living in fear of an answer, because you are just wasting your time all day long living an unhappy uncertain life -if you do have hiv you need treatment and the longer you put it off the worse your outcome will be.

However nothing is pointing toward you having hiv so you should just test and go from there.
