hello doc can you help me and explain to me properly why I don't get hiv when I put my finger in my anus.

Only sexual risk requires a penetrating penis, and you obviously were a long ways from that so should move on.

You can't give yourself HIV. HIV doesn't just spontaneously generate. HIV infections come from another person. You risk HIV infection when you have unprotected intercourse with someone who is HIV-positive or if you share intravenous needles with someone who is HIV+. There is no other way that you will get HIV.
