Unrealistic View?

Hello,

I have a question that seems highly unrealistic however I figured I'd ask it here to get further reassurance. Recently I went to an HIV clinic to be tested. This clinic is run by both HIV+ and HIV- individuals. They also provide counseling to HIV+ individuals a few times per month.

After receiving my results (negative) i proceeded to leave and return to work. As I was leaving, I grabbed the door handle and felt a sort of pinch or ***** on my index finger. I dont know if I just grabbed a piece of metal wrong on the door or something was loose on the handle that couldve poked me. I checked my finger a few minutes afterwards and there was no sign that the skin broke, however i couldnt really tell. I didnt bleed either.

Does this pose any sort of risk? Am I overeacting in a major way? Any advice from anyone would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you!

D
