Update to Possible HIV Stuff

It has now been 30 days post risk event for me, i have taken 3 Oraquick Tests (Negative) and 2 INSTI Rapid tests (one at 3 and one at 4 weeks PRE) all negative.
I have started keeping a health and symptom log to take note of any changes. Here's what i know so far:
for the last 30 days Post Risk Event, i have taken 5 total HIV tests all negative. Week 1 Saw a Sore throat that lasted ~2 days accompanied by a fever that spiked at 100.5 for one total reading period, no longer. Body temperature has not risen above 99.3 for any length of time since this incident. Week 2-3 saw loss of appetite and what can be described as malaise, which is most likely attributed to lack of nutrients from eating a total of six times in 2 weeks. minor sore thoat recurred at week 3 with swollen tonsils, treated with a humidifier was relieved within 2 days. No oral symptoms, no dermal symptoms that correspond with any other symptom. Muscles are not sore. tension headaches occurred in the PM hours of week 2 and 3 (again likely due to lack of food). Week 4 and 5 (up to current) has seen no major changes, tonsils feel what can be described as "odd" a lump-ish feeling when I swallow, intermittent, does not interfere with eating or drinking. Upon Visiting dentist he noted no oral anomalies whatsoever apart from a swollen Jaw nerve. muscle are fine, headaches have subsided. Left arm has been intermittently itchy for 2 days, as well as other isolated spots so...Should I still be worried??

The insti test at 4 weeks is a very good indicator. Though a test at 6 weeks with it is already conclusive. What was your risk factor anyway?

Unpritected sex with a woman of unknown status, i had her go het an INSTI test as well, an hers was negative, but naturally im relating any changes to a possible exposure
The biggest thing that im holding on to is that i have herpes, and from what I understand, if you have herpes, and then you get HIV infected, you have horrible horrible outbreaks, and i havent had an outbreak at all, not in years
Im still worried because my arm is really itchy for no apparent reason, but theres no marks or anything

Just have a duo test now or an antibody test in 6 weeks. The results will be conclusive. Just relax

If you're going to have an insti test, take it at 6-8 weeks, then again at 3 months.

So if i take it tomorrow would it be ok?
I had a itching episode for 2 days only on my forearm, i took a benadryl and it stopped, but then one lymph node (i think) swelled in my jaw on the opposite side.
I really dont know what to think about all this
