Used HIV positive roommate's razor

Yesterday I used my HIV positive roommate's razor. I was in a rush, couldn't find my razor, and used it to shave because frankly, I often forget that he has HIV.

I feel incredibly ignorant asking this question, but am I at risk for contracting HIV? It was dry when I used it, appeared to have no blood or dirt on it, and I don't think I cut myself. The last time I got tested I tested negative, with no risky behavior since my last test. I tend to get health-related anxiety, so any advice on what to do would be greatly appreciated.
