Vagina fluids on the body in contact with my penis

Hi,
What is the risk of getting HIV from vagina fluids that are on the body just around the area and the penis come in contact with it? (erected, with pre-cum/cum and uncircumcised)
We had protected sex with a male condom but her vagina fluids might have been in contact with my penis with pre-cum/cum on it right before and after the intercourse.

Hello. The only risks for HIV are to have unprotected vaginal or anal intercourse or share IV drug needles. ONLY the head of your penis needs to be covered to protect you. Your penis coming into contact with vaginal fluid is not a risk. Air inactivates the virus.  Penetration that is unprotected is what a risk consists of.  Transmission only takes place inside the the body (in a vagina, in an anus). So, no risk. You do not need to worry or test.
