Vaginal Fluid Risk ?

Am I at risk ? Went to a massage parlor, regular massage followed by handjob, during handjob she took her pants off & I slightly rubbed/fingered her clit area for a minute my biggest worry or “what if” if I had touched my penis at any point with any residual vaginal secretions on my hand & if I did, was that an HIV risk ? Negative blood draw hiv test at the dr just don’t know what kind of test was done, ordered 2 home kits that are sent to a lab using 4th gen finger prick blood test one at 3 weeks and one at 30 days post exposure all negative. And my most recent an oraquick at 80 days also negative? Further testing needed ? Is this all ocd at this point ?

Your situation involves personal contact with an object in air  (hands, maybe cuts, fluids, fingering, etc.). You will be happy to learn that you had no risk, because you can't get hiv from personal contact except unprotected penetrating vaginal or anal, neither of which you did and you didn't share hollow needles to inject with which is the only other way to acquire hiv - there are only 3 ways to get hiv. Analysis of large numbers of infected people over the 40 years of hiv history has proven that people don't get hiv in the way you are worried is a risk.
HIV is a fragile virus in air or saliva and is effectively instantly dead in either air or saliva so the WORST that could happen is dead virus rubbed you, and obviously anything which is dead cannot live again so you are good. Blood and cuts would not be relevant in your situation since the hiv has become effectively dead, so you don't have to worry about them to be sure that you are safe.
There is no reason for a person to test when they are safe. The advice took into consideration that the other person might be positive, so move on and enjoy life instead of thinking about this non-event. hiv prevention is straightforward since there are only 3 ways you can become infected, so next time you wonder if you had a risk, ask yourself this QUESTION. "Did I do any of the 3?" Then after you say "No, I didn't" you will know that it's time to move on back to your happy life.
No one got hiv from what you did during 40 years of hiv history and no one will get it in the next 40 years of your life either. You can do what you did any time and be safe.
Your tests were a waste of time. It is abnormal to test more than once anyway.
Thank you so much. This has definitely made me feel better. I’m definitely a overthinker & I just stayed thinking to myself worst case scenario & wondering “what if I do get it” I’ve always had safe sex & use condoms when it comes to penetration & if it was a regular everyday woman with this type of sexual act  I wouldn’t even think twice about HIV or worry but it was the first time I did something of that nature with someone who you can borderline consider a sex worker, & are more active than your regular person so the anxiety, guilt & paranoia took over. But yeah no penetration whatsoever took place that day, only slightly fingered her & I can’t remember that well but I know I slight touched my penis as I was putting my pants back on & through the internet I came across HIV &  started Thinking what if I contaminated myself with her secretions & my OCD took over for the last 2 and a half months. But thank you for giving me peace of mind. In the future I’m always gonna ask myself those three question if I ever have another incident which I know I won’t cause this was a big lesson for me. So In your opinion I could of gotten away with not even testing ?
Reread about "any time" and go back to your happy life and forget about "big lesson" as far as hiv is concerned although you had Covid risk.
Haha exactly! Thank you! one last thing I was wondering even if my situation was a no risk & I feel better. I was just wondering in general although not the most sensitive test would a negative ora quick at 80 days be conclusive ? Let’s say a person who was to get infected & at 80 days took an Ora quick if infected would it already be able to be picked up by oral fluid ? 4 days short of the 12 weeks.
There are no guidelines for a placebo test so you can take that negative test any time you want.
Not sure I understand your comment lol are you saying it’s a pointless test ? Or are you saying that as in it doesn’t matter when I’m not even at risk as you’ve concluded earlier.
You must be very anxious because it doesn't seem that you have understood any of my advice. Reread all of it again. hiv prevention is straightforward and I have finished.
