Vaginal Intercourse with Hooker

Hooker did a blowjob, then I had vaginal intercourse with her. I was using a condom from the beginning. Would I know it if the condom broke somehow? I have touched my bare penis after the deed while washing in the bathroom of the motel. My hand was also in contact with vaginal fluids.

What are my chances for HIV? do I need to get tested? When?

HIV is incapable of infecting others once it is out of the host's body. The situation you described, does not put you at any risk of HIV

I may have touched the condom several times when changing positions, and may have come in contact with vaginal fluids. Does it matter? I washed my penis with those hands after the sex. Does that increase my risk?

Had your condom failed, you would have known it immediately. You had protected sex and your protection remained intact during the sex, therefore your risk was non existent. You do not need any test. Contact of body fluids with intact normal skin is no risk, and also if the body fluids come in contact with mucus membrane outside the body, it is still no risk
