Very scared

Hi everyone! I was just tested for all stds 2 weeks ago and everything came out negative thank the lord. I had sex last night with a friend of mine who wore a Condom the whole time. When we went to shower he put his penis in for half a millisecond and I took it out immediately. He told me I have absolutely nothing to worry about. But what are the risks of me catching something?

So should I just let this go or test in 3 months?

He inserted his penis into your anus without a condom you are saying?  It sounds like a quick insertion.  While not  total non risk, it's very unlikely to transmit anything.  Under the worst circumstances, having unprotected anal with a high risk, HIV+ person, there is a less than 2 percent chance of transmission.  And this was a friend.  A known person.

Yea a friend who even asked where the condoms were before we slept together and no ejaculation even when we slept together. It was literally a quick in not even all the way in and I pushed it that second out.  I just have anxiety because I’m completely clean. He told me he is too and I have nothing to worry about it was just a second. Do I have anxiety for no reason?
It was a half a second insertion without a condom on in the shower.
I think this is a next to nothing exposure.  This was a person you know and are friendly with.  That makes them a low risk person in general. And with the rates of transmission from a single episode of anal sex with a positive person?  Really, I don't think you have anything to worry about.  I can't, however, say it is absolutely zero risk.  So, it is up to you if you wait 4 weeks and test again.  (using 4th generation tests, you can test at 28 days, using 3rd generation tests, 3 months).
