Very worried abt hiv risk ... Please help
Iam posting here as i was told to send hiv questions to this forum. 51 days ago met an escort. We were naked on the bed. She gave me oral sex with a condom which didn't break. I kissed her 3 times on her lips... Just kissed no french kissing. I fingered her and later on realized that I had her blood on my fingers. I also put my finger in her anus. No vaginal sex. The we showered . i removed the condom and she held my penis but didn't touch the head and I didn't cum.
A few days later I saw what looked like a splinter hemorrhage on one of fingernails that was inside her. This was probably 7-10 days later. Not sure when I got that , but I am worried if i got it while fingering her and iif that could be a path for her blood to enter my blood stream. Please help. I tested at 21 days and then again at 41 days and was negative.
However I have been having loose stools once a days for over 3 weeks now. My gp said that was possibly due to antibiotics which she gave when she thought I had a uti and then asked me to stop. I also have tonsil stones for 3 weeks now for which she did a culture and said that it was not bacterial. I also got a sore throat 3 days ago and it seems to be getting better now. Also I have a slight runny nose on and off for over 4 weeks. I have also lost a lot of weight and am very anxious.
Can someone please help me with my risk of hiv and have there been cases when the tests results have come positive after being negative at 41 days? I am very worried particularly about the possibility of her blood getting in me through the splinter hemorrhage on my fingernail bed. Please help...when shoulld I test again?

Hi teak .... I just have to get this off my chest ...please ... Is it possible for me to have gotten the splinter hemorrahge while fingering her? Its like a small veritical reddish brown line . it actually grew out as then nail grew and now is not visibile anymore. And if yes, is it a possible transmission channel? I have searched a lot of websites but nowhere did I see this situation and hence am very worried.
