We're planning to have a baby but I'm worried about a dangerous relationship

Hello my friends, I hope that the experts in this forum will help me. My wife and I plan to have a child, but fear and psychological anxiety prevent me from having a history of sexual intercourse with an unknown girl, so I am afraid that I may have AIDS. The relationship was using a condom, but I do not know if it was healthy or broken.  The relationship was seven months ago, I did a test for AIDS, the fourth generation antibodies, anti HIV ag ab, the result is negative. I am afraid that it will be inaccurate and that I will cause my wife misery and I cannot go ahead to have a child. My questions: 1- Is this type of analysis accurate on this date one hundred over one hundred 2- In a year  2022 Is there anything that affects the result of the antibodies, whether drugs or others? 3- If the answer to the second question is yes, is it necessary to test the PCR or RNA, taking into account the knowledge that the antibody test was performed twice?  thank you

You can't get hiv when you use a "healthy" condom. If a condom fails it is a long rip down the seam so that didn't happen because BOTH of you would have seen that. There is no reason to spend any more of your time thinking about a disease that you can't have. The test will always give a negative result since you have no hiv disease so both tests were a waste of your time.

I apologize for the length. Do I trust these results and do not conduct any additional analysis such as PCR and there is nothing that affects the result in 2022 from new drugs, vaccines or foods
Reread all of the  advice because you are so anxious that you didn't understand any of it.  Then move on.
You're right, I'll go ahead, thank you from the heart
