Wet Drops of a Fluid and HIV Transmission?

I went to a STD clinic. A nurse who was in the STD clinic asked me to remove my shoes before entering into the STD clinic. I removed my shoes as the nurse said. After that I entered into the STD clinic. I stepped on wet drops of a fluid on the floor in the STD clinic. I had two ulcers (01 month old)  on my feet. What will happen if the wet drops of the fluid on the floor had contaminated with HIV Virus? Can the HIV virus in wet drops of the fluid on the floor enter into my body through ulcers on my feet because of stepping on it?

Am I at risk?
Do I need to get tested for HIV?

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child
