What are my chances of contracting std or HIV ?

I recently had a sexual encounter( I am a gay male). During my sexual encounter I briefly sucked the mans penis for not even a whole minute. He then proceeded to rub his penis around my anus and spit saliva. I am nervous that I can constract an std or HIV ! I am a major hypochondriac and this is worrying me immensel. We did not kiss or anything. He claims to not have any STDs but you never know! Please help !!!

Infection requires penetration of an unprotected penis inside a partner's vagina or anus. You were there so only you know if there was penetration or not. If yes then it's a risk and you should get tested with a 4th generation duo at 28 days post exposure. If no, then you had no risk and don't need to test.

This is just a suggestion but if you're a hypochondriac about HIV then you really should use condoms every time for piece of mind. It seems like common sense to use protection if you're just going to panic afterwards without it.

This is the third time you have asked about oral, and once you said you have OCD, so see a therapist to see if they can help you.
