What is My risk of having been infected

To begin with i received oral sex with a condom on by a ts/cd escort. Afterwards we proceeded to anal sex (i was the one giving it) it is also worth to mention that between getting oral and anal i switched to a new condom before inserting My penis in her anus, not for any specific reason. It lasted for about 2 minutes and i came inside her with the condom on of course. The next Morning i went to See her again and this time i was also protected and wore a condom but this time i received only a handjob and some licking/sucking on My balls until i ejaculated inside the condom. And that was it.

Here is what is troubling me, Something like 2 weeks ago probably while masturbating i got a very very small cut on the string that keeps the foreskin in place, you guys know what im talking about right? Anyway it was hurting for a week or so everytime i pulled the foreskin all the way down but like atleast atleast 5-6 days ago it stopped hurting alltogether however the mark the cut made is still clearly visible when you look at it closely its not bleeding or hurting as i Said But you can See its there, this is what worries me as an potential way of catching something. The escort Said when asked multiple Times that she is clean and healthy and had her last check up and result one month ago, however i dont trust her in that aspect of course and so im going to say her status is unknown. None of the condoms used showed any obvious sign of damage when observed quickly, they definetly didnt break alltogether.

Its not too late for me to start Taking PEP and this is why any fast answer would be greatly appreciated.

There is no reason for you to have taken PEP and just so you are aware, pep only works when started within 72 hours from exposure.  It's a nasty medication with hard side effects to manage.  It's reserved for high risk exposures such as sex  with a confirmed HIV positive partner.  Your situation does not even warrant discussion of needing PEP, you didn't.

You had no risk.  Protected oral  even unprotected oral is never a risk.  HIV is inactivated by air and saliva.  Protected anal or vaginal sex is not a risk.  Hand jobs are not a risk, protected or not.  Nothing you did is related to HIV transmission and whatever symptoms then would be unrelated to HIV in any way.

Here is how adults get HIV, unprotected vaginal or anal sex (penetrating) or sharing of IV drug needles.  You have no reason to worry about HIV, no risk.

I appreciate you ! Yes im fully aware of the time limit on starting PEP, thats why i wanted Quick answers, thank you very much.
Clearly you do not need PEP and you do not even need to test.  That's an over reaction to do so.  If you can't stop yourself due to excessive worry, then you can spend your money on a 4th generation Duo test at 28 days for your negative result.
I hear you loud and clear, only reason i want to do the test is to do the test lol, and its free in Sweden. Not that worried anymore after Your replies! Wont even be Thinking about it. Thanks again
Which of the 3 only risks do you feel you had? Otherwise, it is unscientific to make up your own theory and have so much confidence in it. There are no guidelines for placebo testing, but I would suggest a visit to your doctor or a therapist instead, to discuss this fixation with a disease you can't have, when there are so many others that you can actually have.
Im not implying that i have something, neither am i Now experiencing any type of placebo. I simply want to do the test for no Other sake than doing the test, it might be hard to understand..Its free to take where i live and its state owned drop in clinics. They exist for this reason. Like i Said previously you guys Have eliminated My fears that was giving me panic from the particular sex act i explained above :)

You had no risk and don't need PEP or even a test. Oral is zero risk, and if a condom fails it is a large rip down the seam and hangs in tatters so no need for close inspections.
HIV is instantly inactivated in air and also in saliva which means it is effectively dead so it can't infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. It doesn't matter if you and they were actively bleeding or had cuts at the time either because the HIV is effectively dead.
Only 3 adult risks are the following:
1. unprotected penetrating vaginal
2. unprotected penetrating anal sex
3. sharing needles that you inject with. Knowing these 3 are all you need to know to protect yourself against HIV. Your situation is a long way from any of these 3.
Even with blood, lactation, cuts, rashes, burns, etc the air or the saliva does not allow inactivated virus to infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. The above HIV science is 40 years old and very well established so there is no detail that you can add that will make your encounter a risk for HIV. No one got HIV from the situation you encountered in 40 years and likely no one will in the next 40 of your life, so there is less likelihood of HIV transmission happening than of you getting hit by a meteor as you read this.
