What is a safe sex ?

Hello, I just have a one night sex with a girl met at a bar, I do used condom both oral sex and vaginal sex.
I can call it a protected sex or safe sex right?
If so, it means I have no or zero percent risk of HIV right?
Thanks for answering my questions.

The only activities that could put you at risk for HIV are:
1) unprotected, penetrative anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing IV drug needles.

Since you did not do either of those, you had NO RISK for HIV and you do not need a test.
