What is the giv risk through a cut?

I was a with a 20 year old sexually active guy. we mutually masturbated each other. Next day I notice a cut on my hand halfway to my elbow. I know no direct cum hit it. But the guy did touch my hands in the area after playing with his privates. I don't remember when I got the cut. But possibly on the same day, could be right before we were together. When I looked at it the next day it had black scab over it so It did bleed. What are the risks with this?

Thanks

Small cuts are not a viable route for hiv infection. No one has been infected by masturbation, you're not going to be the first. You had no risk.
