What is the number of viruses on the 14th day?

How many viruses (copies / ml) can find if I do HIV RT-PCR on the 14th day?
I was oral sex without condom and vaginal sex while wearing condom. On the 14th day, I performed RT-PCR (test accuracy is 18.3 copies / ml) and found no virus. I also used the fourth generation HIV combo test strip was negative.
Are the results of such tests determined to rule out the possibility of HIV infection? I continue to have panic disorder, do I need to do hiv combo test at 1 month and 3 months?

Having an irrational fear of this disease without any exposure needs an attention of a counselor. As advised, you don't need any test, you were never at risk.

You can rule out HIV completely due to the fact that you had no risk for exposure. Oral sex does not result in HIV. Condom protected penetrating sex does not result in HIV. You had no risk and no exposure, which is why the tests found zero evidence of HIV.
