What is the odds I remain negative in 2 weeks

Hi everyone! 11 weeks ago I had sex with a Csw, I used condom but unfortunately It broked, we noticed that just at the end of the act. 3 days post incident I developed scary symptoms such as Flu like symptoms, palpitations, tachycardia, gum bleeding, shortness of breath, spectacular weight loss (just after a week of sickness), night sweat, extreme fatigue, etc... 54 days later, I did an antibody (only) Elisa which came back negative and 70 days or 10 weeks after incident I did an antibody rapid test determine which came back negative as well. I live in a rural corner of afrique, I don't have access to a 4th gen tests. So, my question is : What is the odds I test conclusively negative on the 12th week, considering my previous results?

I had no doubt you wouldn't be negative.  Great to get confirmation and now rest easy.

The point is, HIV is NEVER diagnosed with symptoms.  Especially the common symptoms that you describe that can be attributed to any random virus.  A condom break is less than (read it again LESS THAN) 1 (read it, ONE) percent.  Understand that? LOW RISK. And that the CSW uses condoms means that she is careful and the likelihood that SHE has HIV is highly unlikely.  You are overthinking and anxiety is leading that.  The anxiety loop tells you things that are untrue. Reality is you had almost no risk at all and your symptoms are not related to HIV as that is not how HIV really works.  ALL . . .  ALL HIV tests are conclusive at 12 weeks. Retest then, expect a confirming negative.

Thanks for your reply. I know that Hiv is not diagnosed by symptoms. I was just retracing the event from the beginning till now. About that CSW, I can't rely even a bit on her as she accepted in some point to have an unprotected sex with me, It was I who had  my own condom. I came here just for assessing the percentage of accuracy of my previous test results as I am pancking about the next and conclusive one.
If you know HIV is not diagnosed by symptoms, then stop panicking. Right?  This is irrational. In 10 days, retest with a 3rd generation test and move on from there.  It will be negative, I would bet my right arm. And foot.  And nose.  There is nothing to say until then.  But LESS THAN 1 PERCENT CHANCE.  and get tested for covid.
Thank you again for your comment. My anxiety was so high, I went in a lab yesterday (exactly 11 weeks after that event), I did another Elisa antibody test, I am supposed to get the result tomorrow on AM. We're gonna see. I don't know but I have a bad feeling about the result. Thank you anyway!
Sigh, well.  That's your time/money bro.  There is nothing else we can say to you here, you've been answered as fully as we can.
I would add, I tested for covid 1 week after the start of symptoms or 10 days after the risk, the test came back negative.
Covid isn't the only disease that shows up in a day or so. You are wasting your time listing all the symptoms since hiv takes minimum 2 weeks. Plus even if it happens in 2 weeks that proves zero - especially since you haven't been careful about avoiding catching airborne viruses. You are avoiding accepting the only solution (testing) into a complicated but meaningless analysis of other things - the computer guys saying is "Garbage in=garbage out" and applies to attempted symptom diagnosis of hiv.
Thanks for the comment @AnxiousNomore. I do not avoid the solution of testing. As you can notice I tested on 54th, 70th and I repeated it yesteraday on the 77th ( I'll get tHe result tomorrow morning) and I will test again next week for a conclusive result. As I've just told GuitarRox, I came here, not for making my symptoms assessed but for making the accuracy of my previous results assessed as I am getting panicked about the next result. It is even the title of my subject. Thank you for the contribution anyway!
The thing is, we said to wait until 12 weeks and you are wasting your money testing until then.  Post again after 12 weeks to let us know you were negative.
Thanks GuitarRox. I am sorry, the anxiety was strong and I did it before i get your advise over here. I'll come to post a good news hopefully!
There was just a little miscommunication. No need to post, I've never seen a positive result and this forum is just prevention.

Those quick symptoms couldn't be hiv. They are from something like Covid or flu etc. I doubt you got gum bleeding 3 days later from any disease. You are supposed to wait 84 days for a conclusive antibody test so you might want to test again sometime.

May be I was not clear. I didn't get all these symptoms 3 days after the  risk. It started 3 days after with flu like symptoms (Fever 38°C, cold, shiver, muscle and koint pain, loss of appetite, dizziness) and other came with the time such as white tongue, night sweat, gum bleeding, heart palpitations, fatigue, etc... Above all, the most terrifying was a spectacular weight loss. I lost almost 5 kg just after 1 week of sickness. My previous test are a good indications in view of a final test or meaningless? I am so terrified as the 84th day is drawing close.
