Window period for hiv test

I got sucked with a condom on, and had intercourse briefly with the same condom on. Got tested for hiv, syphllis, chlamydia, gonorrhea,  hsv-1/2 at 25th day after exposure. All came back negative. I was told all STDs have window periods, so test may not be conclusive. I am really concerned about HIV and  syphllis. After 2 months, I always feel tired and sore muscle.
I tested HIV using HIV 1/0/2 Ag/Ab 4th Generation Preliminary Test w/Rflx, and syphllis using RPR, Rfx Qn RPR/Confirm TP.
When should I go tested again to get a conclusive test results?
Thanks.

No risk. Condoms are sufficient to protect against HIV transmission.

Testing wasn't necessary. Please move on.
