What to do next?

I am quite certain that I have HIV infection even though I have continued to test negative. I had a bad case of shingles a couple months after my nausea, weight loss, abdominal pains etc. Then about 6 weeks later my wife got shingles as well. Now the most disturbing problem is that I have a really chronic sore throat and my right tonsil has been swollen for over a month with a big white spot on it that would not go away with three rounds of antibiotics. In addition at night both my right and left arms go completely frozen, fingers go numb. My body is in a lot of pain and I feel sick everyday. Is there no possibility of me being a late sero converter, past nine months ?My family doctor is useless to me and I know there is something seriously wrong with my body. I can't continue to live like this, the past 9 months have been sheer hell

I will seek professional help Teak if you think that is warranted but I have never been an irrational thinker or like this before in my life. How can you be so sure that its not HIV? If it ends up being HIV would you guys admit that you were wrong?
