What's my chances of getting HIV?

Hi it's my first time posting here but here goes. I am 33 years old, male and circumcised. This was my first time engaging the services of a sex worker. I received unprotected oral sex and heavy kissing with a China sex worker based in Singapore. During intercourse, we used protection. Switched positions and noticed the condom was still in tact. But after about 2-3 minutes I ejaculating inside her and I realized the condom had torn off completely when I pulled out! I had no way of knowing whether the condom broke when I pulled out or during the act.

Immediately we washed ourselves off and I inspected my penis for any open wound or sores. There were none from what I've seen. Asked her whether she does health checks and she replied in the affirmative.

I was considering doing PEP but alas my 72 hours had passed. I'm now approaching my 21st day and my questions are these:

1. What are my chances of contracting HIV?
2. Would PEP have been warranted or advisable in my situation?
3. With the existing 4th gen combo tests, will a testing at 28 days be conclusive in my case or should another test really be taken in 3 months time?

Really looking forward to your answers as I have been worried sick for days while waiting for my 28th day mark. Please help :(

Only sex risks are unprotected and penetrating vaginal or anal so since the condom ripped you were not protected.
Washing or any other activity outside the vagina is a waste of time since the virus is inactivated outside the vagina from air contact and the saliva in their mouth also makes oral zero risk.
Likely the sw always uses condoms so chances are lower that they have HIV. try to relax until 28 as worrying does not affect the results. You can do a 4th gen test for a conclusive result after 28 days.
PEP is extremely risky for dangerous side effects so don't bother wishing you had taken it at this point anyway.
There is an std forum for info on that subject.

1, You had an unquantifiable risk of HIV dependent on numerous unknown factors such as not even knowing if the sw had HIV.
