Why does the CDC and some other organizations say 97% of people will test positive within the 12 weeks? I thought it was a little higher than that? Are they being conservative? And what is the actual percentage that you would refer to? Thank you.

I think 99% is what is agreed on by the doctors in the expert forum, CDC is Government organisation and will always err on the conservative side,
