Will I get HIV though this way?

I had routine medical check last week, including blood drawing for blood test. After blood test, I found a small wound on my forearm which was bleeding! The small wound is near the wound caused by blood test. However, I didn't feel any pain except the blood drawing for blood test. So I don't know where the wound come from. I'm worried due to that it was bleeding at that time so it should be a new wound. Is it possible that someone stabbed me and injected blood to me while I had no feel? Will I get HIV due to this? Thank you very much for your help.

Thank you Lizzie!

The thing really scared me is the bleeding wound. It's a very small wound but keeps bleeding. I just can not get rid of thinking how it come from and it just looks like a wound caused by injection...because normally blood should be clotted very quickly for such a small wound...
