Winter Gloves

I was in construction site this morning, my coworker allowed me to use his personal gloves ( waterproof, windproof) because my hands are freezing, i had a small wound in my hands that time and it is not actively bleeding, and i noticed that my coworker have a small wound in his hand,

I would like to ask if i put my risk to contract hiv virus in my case, the gloves is windproof so no air should penetrate inside the gloves,

The only adult risks for HIV are:
1) having unprotected, penetrative vaginal or anal sex with someone of unknown status, or
2) sharing intravenous drug needles

Blood on objects or clothing is NEVER infectious.  The only reason blood inside of an intravenous needle is infectious is because it is in a vacuum, and them it is injected DIRECTLY into the bloodstream.  The inside of gloves, no matter how weatherproof, is NOT a vacuum, and a small cat that did not send you to the hospital to get medical attention is not a sufficient route of entry.

In any case, read about the only ways that adults can get HIV.  If you don't do either of those, you will never have to worry about HIV.
