Worried, need help

Good afternoon,

I had a sexual risk with a sex worker in bangkok 7 weeks ago. I started with condom but the condom ripped and had unprotected sex for 1 or 2 min. Dont know if the girl was - or +

After that episode I was developing some sympthoms and got highly stressed about the situation. I made Hiv combo test at 4 days and result was negative. I made another test (antigen and antibody 4th generation) at 37 days after the risk and also negative. Doctors said is about 95% reliable but still worried for my next test on the 90th day.

I have some questions:

1. I can consider my test conclusive at this period?
2. Is there any chance that the test performed on the 37th day cannot detect antigen or antibody?
3. Did you see any case that after this period test positive on the 3month control test?
4. After my last test I had sore throat for 4 days, it could be related ith Hiv?

Thank you for your kindly help and advice.

In an adult, a positive HIV antibody test result means that the person is infected, a person with a negative or inconclusive result may be in the “window for 4 to 6 weeks but occasionally up to 3 months after HIV exposure. Persons at high risk who initially test negative should be retested 3 months after exposure to confirm results

The need for a repeat HIV test if still within the window period after a specific exposure should be discussed. Although fourth generation tests shorten the time from exposure to seroconversion a repeat test at three months is still recommended to definitively exclude HIV infection.
