Worried HIV and ARS symptoms

Hello, I'm worried my partner and I have been exposed to HIV.
My partner and I were involved in a threesome with another male (unknown status). The other male had penetrative sex with my partner with condom and my partner performed oral on both of us without condom. My concern is whether it's possible to become infected with HIV where my partner is performing oral on both of us simultaneously say if the other guy was positive and bodily fluids are exchanged through oral performed by my partner between the guy and myself? Also what are the risk of HIV if some the other guys semen landed on my the head of my penis opening as he ejaculated? 3 days after exposure I had cold like symptoms with mild fever. Fever went away after few days however going on 3 weeks after exposure I still have slight runny nose, white tongue and phleglmy throat and generally still feeling run down.

Thanks for any help!

Many people feel run down when they are worried so if you stop worrying about hiv from this non event then you might feel fine.

HIV is transmitted in very specific ways.  They include having unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing IV drug needles for injection.  Oral sex (giving or receiving) is not a risk for HIV transmission.  Air and saliva inactivate the virus. No one has every been proven, documented to have gotten HIV from oral sex.  So, that is not a risk. The cold symptoms the day after the exposure were probably a cold.  Your symptoms are not associated with HIV and that's not how HIV works. No risk.
