Worried Hiv risk from blood on finger I licked?

A week ago at lunch I noticed I had a small light stain of blood on my finger by my nail. I automatically licked this but didn’t notice a cut. A minute later my husbands father said his finger was bleeding. Though I have never heard of him having hiv I also doubt he has tested and has had a few girlfriends. I also had an ulcer in my mouth at the time and I am worried about the risk of even a small amount (it wasn’t an actual drop of blood) . A week later I have a sore throat and am just worried about any risk? Any input would be appreciated. Thank you

I'll make this more clear.  Here is how you get HIV:  unprotected vaginal or anal sex (penetrating) or sharing IV drug needles.  Touching blood does not transmit the virus because air inactivates it.  Saliva has enzymes in it that also inactivate the virus and therefore, it does not transmit through anything oral be it oral sex or licking blood off a finger.

You had no risk whatsoever.

1) no risk. Hiv is never transmitted in this way. Nobody got hiv this way.
2) symptoms are too early
